We had no idea what the process was when helping our son buy his first home. She took the time to listen to what he was looking for, the budget, the likes/dislikes and came back with options to help us see what the market held in our area. She is prompt, patient and enthusiastic. Always looking to learn, she even attended our wrap up meeting with the inspector. Always a step ahead of the game, she went over and above what we ever expected and continues to answer any questions or concerns any of us have.

Julie brought us an offer in 5 days and had our house sold in 16!! She got us into our new home almost just as fast as well. Her bubbly, fun personality led the way and her modern take on real estate was so refreshing! She may be new at this, but she’s phenomenal!! Looking for a new realtor? You found her!
