Jamie is really talkative, she is nice, she really treats everyone as if we were family. She help us buy our first starter home, she made sure all the paperwork was correct and everything was on time. Once the bank said no to financing our home we were really disappointed, Jamie brought our hopes back up and told us to try some mortgage broker. And everything went through! Well the main part of my story is that we had a great experience with Jamie and would ask her to to sell our house in the future. I would recommend Jamie to anyone.

We had no idea what the process was when helping our son buy his first home. She took the time to listen to what he was looking for, the budget, the likes/dislikes and came back with options to help us see what the market held in our area. She is prompt, patient and enthusiastic. Always looking to learn, she even attended our wrap up meeting with the inspector. Always a step ahead of the game, she went over and above what we ever expected and continues to answer any questions or concerns any of us have.

This was our first experience purchasing a home. We can't imagine anyone having a better experience. Everything went very smoothly with Blaine guiding us through the process and being very accessible throughout. We are very happy with our new home in Cottonwood. It is the dream home we wouldn't have envisioned for ourselves but suits us perfectly.
