"Cheryl Hyland is a true-blue Albertan. I have had a few successful careers. Hair Salon owner in Brooks and Ponoka, while raising my family. I then proceeded to importing, and wholesaling ladies’ western wear. My sales area was Western Canada. I met many on my travels throughout those years.

In 2002 I was licensed in Real Estate working on selling farms in the Two Hills area. In 2004 I moved to hometown Brooks, AB. Thanks to my amazing clients I received many awards.

In 2023 Sylvan Lake, AB became home to be closer to family and cheer on my grandchildren. I spent time learning the beauty of Central Alberta and expanding my Real Estate career in Sylvan Lake & Red Deer area.
